Bed & Breakfast Zoning Issue
1000 feet of what?
Please define the 1000' distance between B&B's.
Is it between property lines our the actual structures?
This is a home occupation business and
should not have this kind of restriction placed on it unless it is in an
upscale
housing development like Ravinewood Acres.
Therefore, it should be removed as a stipulation.
The Cox's are going to the Zoning Board of
Appeals (ZBA) to contest the Zoning Boards (Teddy Seifart) decision not to
grant
them a permit to have there B & B.
The Cox's Bed and Breakfast is within 1000'
of our Bed and Breakfast (Farinacci Winery B & B)
"The Vineyard House" will be opening the end of this month.
Since the Cox's are nearer than 1000' from our B & B Sieferts gang refused
to grant them their permit. Disgusting BS or should we say TS!!
The only reason why they put
this ridiculous 1000' stipulation was to stop my wife and I from changing our
other house that is 795'
from the other B & B into another B & B.
Ted should resign from this position before he is labeled incompetent by a psychologist.
Cox's went to two zoning meetings and have not been able to get satisfaction..........drop the damn 1000" restriction!!!
