Sewers

There will be a Meeting on November 4, 2007 @ 2pm

Please Plan to Attend
Contact Mike Schaab @ 440-275-3042

Lynn Frank & Janie Spade HAVE NOT attended any of these meetings.
The excuse they give is that it violates the sunshine law!!
But they can attend for information and show support!!
They do not think it is a violation of the sunshine law
when they park there behinds at Buck's Bar & Grill after a Township
meeting and curl a few? (love to be a fly on the wall)

Some buttocks never see the sunshine!  LOL Thank God!!!

Jerry Burke HAS attended the meetings in support

Let me tell you as a businessman for over 25 years;  I do not do anything without economic research.
In other words all elements that would cause adverse economic impact to the survival of my corporations
are fastidiously research and weighed before deciding weather to invest/go-or-no go.  With that said,
and understood, it is the responsibility of our trustees to inform us of all the economic details of each project/
decision that would impacts us locally or as a township.  Lynn Frank, Janie Spade and Jerry Burke should have
presented all the economic details of this project so that we can evaluate our individual economic burden and plan accordingly.
They have failed as our trustees as I said they would have
before they were elected.  We can begin the trustee
purge by unseating Lynn Frank. She cost this township $24,000.00 per year plus a bunch of manila folder junkets.
Next is Janie Spade, who, has zero qualifications and represents an argumentative rift between our excellent fiscal
officer Barb Schaab. As for Jerry Burke his effectiveness as a vote is mired by Frank & Spade but at least he shows
support for his townspeople.

An interesting irony about how public money gets spent.

I went to a meeting in Mentor when they were proposing the sound wall on RT. 90 near Rt. 306. Did you know that the
money that gets spent on the fancy sound walls that are going up all over are funded by the EPA? It's to protect us from
"noise" pollution. I wondered if the noise was causing birth defects and cancer, etc.? The new one in Mentor and Kirtland was
about 7 million dollars.

They do decibel studies in nearby neighborhoods. I remember arguing that the effected parties should be then given the
choice of paying for them or not, like you do when a sewer comes down your street. NO, of course not.

Have you taken a drive down IR71 and IR77 lately? They are getting fancier all of the time and it appears that they are
putting them out in the country to either protect the ears of the animals or keep deer off the highway.

Do you see the irony? The EPA pays for sound pollution but not ground pollution. And you are being forced to fund
private developers?

Lake County is progressive and seems to have better representation than Ashtabula County has.  Hey, but we have
a New Lodge and well fed trustees.  Meow Distal is more worried about exotic animals that sewers.

Let me take this opportunity to educate

There is disagreement over who was the inventor of the modern flush toilet, and flushing out the truth is not easy. Many give credit to THOMAS CRAPPER (1837-1910), an English sanitary engineer, for inventing the valve~and~siphon arangement that made our modern toilet possible. Then there are others who maintain that our hero was a nameless MINOAN (a native of ancient Crete) who lived some 4,000 years ago. And then there are those who give the credit to ALEXANDER CUMMING who patented a flushing device in 1775.

All these years have passed since this invention and we are still passing the crap around.
