Running a Township is a business! It is not a touchy feely game or nepotistic monarchy! The Trustees are charged with overseeing the finances and well-being of its citizens and commerce. Experience in these areas is vital! Too often people vote their feelings and ignore qualifications. They vote touchy feely instead of logical. Voting is black and white where gray is a personal compromise. In a USA where government has become a "take and give back little" practice, we must try to squeeze every dollar for more than its value. Most people do not have the ability to perform this arduous task. That is why it is imperative that voters only say they voted for their friends, but instead voted for the most qualified candidate.
Austinburg is going to grow whether you like it or not. The migration is from the West and they will wipe us out if we do not have our "T's" crossed and "I's" double dotted!
