Bed & Breakfast Meeting
Hey anybody know if Cox's were granted a variance?
There will be a meeting to decide the fate of
Jim & Valerie Cox's Bed & Breakfast on St. Rt. 307. If you remember
Ted Seifert and his cronies inserted a zoning stipulation that no B&B is to
be within 1000 feet of another. The Cox's B&B is
less that 1000' away from Farinacci Winery Bed & Breakfast.
Therefore, Cox's were unable to open up their B & B. Ted Seifert
originally said that he would remove this stipulation and has since
recanted. All this is to make sure that we do not open up another
B & B at our other house next to the winery. We need to remove these
people ASAP......starting with Lynn Frank and Janie Spade
The Meeting will be held on October 24, 2007 @ &7pm Trustee Public Hearing at the Town Hall
Just a note: Our
other house that we own next to the Winery is approximately 795' from our
existing
B&B. This 1000' zoning stipulation is all about us not being able to
have two B&B's. The Cox's
are victims of jealousy and petty power. "Teddy's Wrath" or
should I say rash is upon us! Free Bacitracin
and Preparation "H" will be available after the meeting for those that
have been contaminated or feel a little scratchy.
Mental afflictions such as nausea, evening sickness, confusion, brain freeze and
feelings that you are not in the same
dimension have been reported.
One poor victim reported being abducted by blue aliens with pink wigs!!
Final Determination
Seifert wanted to keep it at 1000' but when asked what his reason was for doing so; he had none to offer.
Frank and Spade were torn between 700 and 500 feet. Burke said maybe 600'?
I say 0' the B&B is on a
state route and therefore is a main thoroughfare. Besides name one
Township in Ashtabula county
who has a separation rule.
They actually wanted to postpone
the decision to discuss further. But Cox's said that this was enough
procrastination and petty BS. We want a decision now. So to the dismay of
the two lady trustees
they were forced to split the difference and opted for 600'. From what I
understand Seifert had a blank
look on his face. (I do not know what other face he has but blank)
Bunch of incompetent fools!!
You see Seifert wanted to keep
the 1000' so that we would not be able to have another B & B at our
winery. The 30%
that the Zoning Board of appeals requires to approve a variance would not
allowed us to have another one because we are
approx. 795' away from out existing B&B. But at 600' we can now have
another B&B.
This is exactly why this loon and his loonettes needs to be replaced.
